Services Provide to Registered Members

  1. Orientation for new registered member All new registered member should attend the orientation of AHKMA Ethical Recruitment Standard (AERS) and assurance of their compliances to AERS and understand the definition of : i. Forced Labor ii. Human Trafficking iii. Illegal of Confiscation of passport and elaborate how the benefit to them after registered. Certificate of ARES will be issued after the Orientation.
  2. Training for Interview of Applicants All registered member should attend this training for the technique of interview that include: a. orientation program of applicants before interview b. standard biodata format c. video taking technique
  3. AHKMA Life Training Training material for teacher will be cascaded to different training centers to ensure applicants will go through our AHKMA Life Training Program to enhance their working skill and improve their anti-pressure capability.
  4.  Legal Support We provide the legal support and advisory to our registered members and their applicants once they need.
  5. AERS boarding house support AERS will provide boarding house to facilitate member’s applicants if they facing an unfair treatment from their employer or urgent need a sheltering service
