- Orientation for new registered member All new registered member should attend the orientation of Fair & Ethical Recruitment Standard by AHKMA(FERSA) and assurance of their compliances to AERS and understand the definition of : i. Forced Labor ii. Human Trafficking iii. Illegal of Confiscation of passport and how the benefit to them after registered. Certificate of FERSA will be issued after the Orientation.
- Elaborate the Code of Conduct of FERSA .
- Legal Support We provide the legal support and advisory to our registered members and their applicants once they need.
- FERSA boarding house support AERS will provide boarding house to facilitate member’s applicants if they facing unfair treatment from their employer or urgent need a sheltering service
