Services Provide to Registered Members

  1. Orientation for new registered member All new registered member should attend the orientation of Fair & Ethical Recruitment Standard  by AHKMA(FERSA) and assurance of their compliances to AERS and understand the definition of : i. Forced Labor ii. Human Trafficking iii. Illegal of Confiscation of passport and how the benefit to them after registered. Certificate of FERSA will be issued after the Orientation.
  2. Elaborate the Code of Conduct of FERSA .
  3.  Legal Support We provide the legal support and advisory to our registered members and their applicants once they need.
  4. FERSA boarding house support AERS will provide boarding house to facilitate member’s applicants if they facing unfair treatment from their employer or urgent need a sheltering service
